Botanic

A luxury boutique apartment development designed by Joe Adsett Architects. Comprising of sixteen 3 and 4 bedroom residences, located across from Brisbane's iconic New Farm Park.

In their recent foray into sustainable, luxurious and technologically-advanced houses, Solaire once again partnered with award-winning architect Joe Adsett. As the teams first development within the Ascot property market, Cheval pushed boundaries at every step possible to meet the individual needs of its' newest owners.

Cliffhanger

Situated on an expansive, grassed sloping site, the form of the building is overwhelmingly comprised of off-form concrete and masonry construction. The design features an impressive 6.5 metre concrete cantilever and full-height glazing along entire eastern façade, to embrace the panoramic views from the crest of the Great Dividing Range.

The Plate

Turning the Toowoomba dining scene on its head with a unique venue featuring a Restaurant, Bar and inhouse craft-brewery. Designed & renovated by the talented team at Curious: Us, the Plate's new fit out shows design taken with meticulous care, complimenting The Plate's high quality food with a sophisticated and welcoming decor.

443 Queen St

Singapore-based WOHA and Brisbane-based Architectus have drawn on their extensive experience in award-winning architecture to create a striking building embroidered throughout with gardens, trees and lush plantings.

Palm Beach Residence

Complete serenity at Palm Beach, achieved through incredible attention to detail from Hammerhead Building Projects. The subtle floor detailing from Skyline Brushed Terrazzo throughout the ground level draws attention to the beautiful fittings and timber ceilings. A minimalist approach to the bathrooms completes the truely timeless design.

Sunshine Beach Residence

In 2019 we supplied a devine selection of bathware and tiles for a lovely family in Sunshine Beach, designed by Lisang Design & built by Windrim Building. Tones of the beach flow throughout the kitchen, various en-suites and bathrooms with elegance. The earthy tones of custom finish tapware from AXOR bring out the beautiful stone effect tiles from Caesar Ceramiche. A stunning blend of vibrant colours creating a welcoming oasis.

Crown Casino Melbourne - Spa & Vitality Rooms

SICIS mosaics were used in several areas of the refurbishment undertaken, Female & Male Spa, Steam and Vitality Pools - Crown Casino Melbourne. Using customised colourway Degrade (graduation of colours) in the Female and Male Vitality Pools. Field colours in the Female steam room and Male Shower Room.

Deerys Resturaunt

Located in Brisbane, Deerys Resturaunt uses our custom designed encaustics on the floors, working with a vibrant and colourful semi-industrial setting. Our hand-made cotto tiles were used to create a restrained yet simple and gorgeous cladding on the bar front.

Carindale Tavern

Renovations of Westfield Carindale's centre are now complete, including a refreshing of their ground level Carindale Tavern. Adorning the bar areas and floors are Italian made porcelain tiles from factory 14 Ora.

Blackbird Bar & Grill

Opulent and stunning to the senses throughout, designed by Space Cubed Design Studio, selected Adex 'Rombos' Gold with textured finish and White bauble Tozetto, to add to the luxurious feel to the Bar front.
