Designed by Ronan Bouroullec, Motivo reinterprets traditional wooden wall panelling, or boiserie, in a contemporary ceramic form. Inspired by childhood memories and the interiors of Scottish castles, it is conceived as an act of care—creating walls that protect, define, and interact with light to enrich spaces with depth and subtle elegance. The collection features a harmonious mix of glazed double-fired elements (14×28 cm) with matte and metallic finishes, complemented by unglazed porcelain stoneware rods (2.8×28 cm) in full-body coloured clays shaped as “T,” “L,” and “End” pieces, offering modular versatility and refined craftsmanship.
