CURRENCY
- Prices of products, service, delivery and other charges are displayed on this website as Australian Dollars (AUD) and are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change at any time. Unless otherwise stated all prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

DISCLAIMER: All descriptions and technical diagrams are intended as a guide only. For additional technical information, full dimensional and installation details, please refer to the instruction and installation manuals supplied with the product. Unless stated otherwise, accessories are not included.

ONLINE DELIVERY POLICY
1. The cost of your delivery can be determined by the delivery calculator when checking out.
2. The delivery times made known to the Buyer are estimates only and the Seller is not liable for late delivery.
3. The Seller will not be liable for any loss, damage or delay occasioned to the Buyer or its customers arising from late or non-delivery or late installation of the Goods.
4. Various products may be damaged if water gets into the package, such as Mosaics. It is the responsibility of the Buyer that they let The Seller know if there is not a dry place for the product to be delivered, prior to delivery.

LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
- The Seller will make all reasonable efforts to have Goods delivered to the Buyer by the date agreed between the parties, but the Seller will not be liable for any damage or loss due to the unloading or the delivery of Goods
- Upon delivery or collection and prior to laying, installation or use of any Goods, the Customer will inspect the Goods as appropriate as to the type, quantity, quality, aesthetics, appearance, shade, colours, layout patterns, suitability of purpose and any other characteristic of the Goods.
